  • Complimentary home staging services to ensure your home makes a great first impression!
  • Detailed Competitive Market Analysis to help you make  informed decisions about the sale of your property.  I do more than pull a few comparable properties from an online realtor tool and stick them in a standard presentation.  I review all properties that have sold in the last 3-6 months and all active comparable properties and analyze each one reviewing the features, recent updates, upgrades, photos, general condition, and location and then select a subset of properties that are most suitable to use for competitive analysis.  I then provide a detailed competitive market analysis spreadsheet showing the details of each comparable property including the time on the market, list and sale price, sold SF, and seller contributions, as well as all general and special features and whether there have been upgrades or not (as much data as I can find available from multiple professional resources) .  This detailed information will help you to best understand the value and marketability of your home.
  • Professional photography for a stunning presentation of your home online and in printed material.  The majority of homes are first viewed on the internet, so home staging and professional photography are very important!
